BACKGROUND

Concrete Logistics Limited was contacted by Flour Mills Nigeria Ltd. to inspect and proffer a solution for ongoing leakages at their Waste Treatment Plant for their Golden Sugar Factory in Apapa.

SOLUTION

After the assessment the existing wall plaster was removed to expose the concrete surface for treatment. All cracks/joints were repaired using our Krystol Joint/Crack Repair System. All surfaces were then treated with Krystol T1/T2 Surface Applied Treatment. Weakspots and other concrete defects in the concrete were repaired with Krystol Bari-Cote and Plasti- Patch. Final treatment was cement-sand (1:4) mortar dosed with our Krystol Mortar Admixture to make the plant watertight.
